i think i have a yeast infection but at the same time im not sure because i dont know what those lumps are, what do you guys think that is ?? i dont know if thats normal for a yeast infection or not because this is my first time getting one. & i also think i have a vaginal tear because as shown in the pics the top of my vagina has a little tear 😦

Looks like a yeast infection indeed. Tears could be caused by it.
