Is this a yeast infection or some sort of STI? Had sex around a week ago and symptoms developed shorty after - itching, discharge and those yellowish bumps. I also have clusters of white membranes in my mouth near my gums.

sounds like yeast sounds like u have oral thrush to id visit your doctor
