Yeast or what?

I started having horrible bladder spasms out of the blue. I also have urine urgency which i have been dealing with since February of this year.

Looking down there, I have a horrible cottage cheese substance all on my vaginal area. I swear its like this stuff goes up into my bladder. I was put on Diflucan & Flagyl , but nothing helped. I have looked at some of these pictures on here, and these all look good compared to me... thats how bad it us. Do any of you have urine urgency and horrible pain?
