Yellow discharge from penis

i noticed a small drops of yellow discharge (like pus) just 2 or 3 drops in my panty in the morning only .. so i kept eye on it .. i found some watery discharge comes from time yo another .. but the yellow discharge only in the morning time .and alittle burning sensation during and after peeing.

yes i had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago .. and iam completely sure its a gonorrhea or chlamedya or may be both .. i cannot get tested due to my place dont have a places which can make that kind of tests .. i took 1000 mg zithromax oral dose as a single dose .. and the next day i took 1000 mg ceftriaxone muscular injection .. and a dose of 500 mg zithromax .. that was yesterday .. this morning i noticed some yellow discharge too and feeling burning sensation .. any help ? did i mistake about medications or doses ? please help me
