Yellow green discharge with fishy odor and stain of blood

Hi,
For the last 6 weeks im having a yellow green discharge with fishy odor. it started with a cottage cheese discharge which I thought is just recurring yeast infection and since I dont have time to go to doctor because im travelling I just bought monistat 7 days and use it. After few weeks the discharge change to yellow green and with a stain of blood upon intercourse. Before that happens my partner is complaining about burning sensation in his penis but he just took itraconazole for 7 days and it disappeared. now months had past and I already back from travel but my condition didnt improve the discharge is still so smelly although discharge is becoming whiter than the previous yellow green. i had my papsmear and vaginal swab did last week and i already got the result but before i met my ob for discussion i just want to get some understanding with my lab result I just wanna make sure this is not another std or sti coz it will not be cover by my insurance. btw im hsv2 positive and never had any other partner since i got diagnosed last 2019. attached is my papsmear result and swab result. hope someone from medical field can help and give me peace of mind that its not std or sti.

hi to me it very much sounds like an sti possibly chlamydia or gonnorhea...especially if your SO felt it too. the discharge probably hasnt gone away since its not a yeast infection and has made it worse. you need to definitely get treated for it as untreated chlamydia can cause PID and infertility issues. i had this same problem when i had chlamydia and i thought it was a yeast infection until i went to the doctor. please go get checked and treated soon love !

hi so yes chlamydia and gonorrhea get detected either through urine or a swab, i believe the urinalysis is more accurate. i believe that the bloody discharge is a sign of you leaving it untreated for so long. it damages your reproductive system very badly .
