Hello.

lately i have been eating a lot more fiber in my diet. and that has helped me go from going to the toilet 2 a week to almost everyday which is good because i used to have a very high fat diet. i have been eating things like bananas and granola and bread. however i have noticed lately that there are quite a lot of yellow specs in my stool , and im not quite sure if this is just down to the things like banana and nuts thats i am eating , is this normal? also for as long as i can remember i have had a stool that doesnt look loke the brown stool that is considered normal online , in fact mine takes a greeny yellow colour too it, is this normal too? should i upload a picture ?
