Yellow teeth/ Teeth whitening.

Hi I have noticed lately that my teeth are very yellow.  This is down to the orange juice that I drink.  I was wondering if anyone had any advice on teeth whitening......the best products around or are you better booking an appointment with your dentist if they provide the service?

This is quite common these days. But I am sure there are several ways, Here are few of the:

    1. Use baking soda

    2. Eat dark foods ( avoid marinara sauce, blueberries, and soy sauce)

    3. Swap out your toothbrush

    4. Guzzle energy drinks ( in place of coffee, tea, and red wine)

    5. Rinse with apple cider vinegar

    6.Eat raw fruits and veggies

    7. Use gel trays instead of strips

    8. Rinse with water after eating oranges

    9. Brush your tongue

    10. Use whitening pens.

Nothing better than discussing this issue with your Dentistry specialist smile

Thanks. I just find it hard sometimes to remember to brush my teeth twice a day. I have an electric toothbrush which I am using at the moment and wonder if they are meant to be just as good as an ordinary toothbrush or can do more damage than harm??

Or you may used  this also .....................

There are several reason of tooth discolouration. Consumption of dark-coloured liquids such as coffee, cola, tea, dark juices and red wine are the main cause of tooth discolouration. If you really want to have white pearly teeth then you have to follow few easy tips.

        1. Brushing twice with soft bristle toothbrush.

        2. Flossing teeth after every meal.

        3. Use whitening toothpaste

        4. Cut off sugar based food

        5. Increase intake of dairy foods in order to re-mineralize enamel.

        6. Give up tobacco

        7. Visit dentist every six month for scaling and cleaning

i think it will help you
