Yellowish vertical line on right toe nail

I recently noticed this yellow vertical line on my right toe near the border of nail. Is this fungus?

That does look a lot like a fungus. I knew someone who had a similar mark on their toe nail for several years. To be sure of what it is and to be able to treat it as quickly as possible, if it is indeed a fungus, you should see a dermatologist soon.
