Hi everyone

Well the day I had been waiting for came yesterday!! It was 4 weeks to the day I started taking the tablets so it was weigh in day!

When I started in October I measured all different parts of my body and weighed myself - I did the same yesterday and I have lost 6 kg and an inch off every measurement!!!

I'm so happy I thought I'd only loose about 5lb ish - I have had some \"orange oil\" experiences 2 to be exact, but have been at home at the time so could freshen up thank god, and I know that it was my fault due to the fat content of the meal I had eaten but other than that its been quite easy to take the tablets and stick to the fat intake of approx 12g per meal.

I'm now looking forward to the 6th December for the next weigh in - although I do not expect anywhere near the same weight loss - I just don't want to put on!!

Anyone who is feeling down just keep trying its an amazing feeling when you step on the scales and you have lost weight. I'm 5ft 11 and feel 6ft 6 today!!! I have not changed clothes size but what I am wearing feels ok- and I just feel good seeing what the scales say!!

Good luck everyone

Tigger xx

    Well done you...

I had my first weigh in 2wks ago..and had lost 5.4kg but the last two wks I just can't seem to get past the same weight.. I go down then up and down then up.. I don't go up past my weigh in weigh in weight..but I have only got 2wks to go before my next weigh in and my period is due the weigh in week LOL..

So I am in a rut at the minute..the first 4wks was easy..

    Hi

Thanks for your messages. I have noticed on here that some people seem to have ok weight losses in the first 4 weeks then find it hard.

I have tried to keep to a low fat diet as I have previously said but through caution to the wind this weekend and boy have i suffered - never again!!

A friend rang me Friday evening in tears her wedding is off and I went over. Did the wine and consolation things and then she wanted a takeaway. I kept to a chicken in blackbean sauce and boiled rice - she ordered chips/prawn crackers the lot so of cause I helped her!! I then had a firework party last night and had a pie (homemade and not pork) but god I have been so bad today! I have had to change 3 times and will not be leaving the house today - never have I seen so much orange oil!!

So I have learnt my lesson and will be going back to the low fat diet and being very careful what goes past my lips!!!

Only this morning am I back down the the weight I was at the weigh in 2wks ago.. It's taken me 2wks!!

BUT over the last two or 3 days I have been really bad.. chinese takeway, McDonalds and even a chip shop tea last night..

Yes I had some orange but not an extreme amounts and no accidents..but it made me lose the weight..I think I have cut back and cut back to the point of not eating enough fat and the takeaways are giving me enough fat for the tablets to make me lose weight!!..

So confusing..its like balancing on a highwire..you can go too far to the fatty side or too far to the non fatty side..LOL
