YI have had a red mark on my penis glands for 2 weeks. What should I do? Young Male

Hey everybody, ive noticed a small mark on my penis glands, that looks like some kind of cut or lesion maybe was there, and formed a red patch/mark. putting my finger on it felt like weak or chafed skin.. this chafing healed thank god, but the redness itself didn't heal as fast.

Ive been to two doctors, one gave me vaseline and said it'll go away in a week. I did so, all while being completely naked in my house for 4 entire days.

still, not that much was healing, or it was just remarkably slow. saw a dermatologist in my area who prescribed Tacrolimus 0.1% cream. after a couple days it still is barely healed at all.

i have ceased all activity. i shower the area daily. eating less sugar. For the life of me, can someone tell me what on earth is going on? i would really like to be able to masturbate or have sex, hopefully soon

any ideas?
