hi HC58 I have tried yoga a long time ago!!! eek I did help a little bit but as the years rolled on. it got to the point where it did nothing but make it worse for me. must admit I am in the dark about the yoga you mentioned. I would be grateful if you could tell me a little more about it. and may be I could pass it onto a couple of my friends. as they have CS and it might be beneficial to them. any thing that eases the pain for any body is welcome as you probably know you will try anything me and a few of my friends have spondylosis as well as CS so you never know it might help some of them. rolleyes smile

Hi Jeanette, sorry just catching up with replies. Hatha yoga is very gentle, lots of breathing and stretching. I find it's important to have your my head and neck supported with the right sized blocks and neck pillows. My instructor has all sorts available for use.  Also only do what you feel comfortable with, I overdid it a bit to start with but have toned it down now and it is better. My instructor's maxim is 'breathe, fidget and less is more' !  In other words be comfortable and don't push it too hard.   It's still early days yet but as long as it doesn't do any harm I will continue.
