Yoga for anxiety?

Posted , 6 users are following.

So I've been considering taking yoga because I heard its good for the muscles and to calm yourself. So has anyone tried it specially for anxiety? Has it helped? I try to go the most natural way. I'm not a big pill taker especially with anxiety. Please help.

Yes, I do yoga and it helps a lot. You should also do some cardio. They say people with anxiety should exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day. It does help.
