Yoga positions for anxiety and stress

Hi guys today I woke up with a burning sensation in my chest and shortness of breath this is really starting to piss me off now so I decided to do these yoga positions listed below these are absultuely excellent and after 10 mins of these exercises my shortness of breath has gone also the burning sensation so please try this I usually do these for 10-30 mins

    thank you so much jade...i just looked. so lovely. is that you?

    my favourite is the corps!!!!! nice and easy lying down! well i used to do these. i did gymnastics and used to be able to stretch up look behind and reach to the ground...whilst pushing my hips forward and then slowly stretching back and down til my hands touched the ground behind forming an arch. we called it the crab.

    i also used to do the cat stretch and another lovely one was called 'greeting the sun' or something which involved a sequence of movements with prayer hands...down to kneeling ...down to flat on ground....back up...in a flow stretching back.

    well you look lovely and that you're enjoying it and getting fit and healthy...how do you feel? are you recovering from something?

    oh the dog pose...aren't the hips to be left on the ground while you stretch back?

    i'm curious.. was this on a self timer? i think the pictures are beautiful...you are an all round artist. tell me about yourself .  love marey xxx

      Lol no huni that's no me wish I was that thin tho lol I just googled the yoga positions that's brilliant you sound very enthusiastic about the yoga it's deffentely made a big difference in my life how is your anxiety and does yoga help you smile xxx

      i don't really suffer from anxiety but am interested in de-toxing if you'd like to join me? And perhaps i could join you in doing the yoga? what time of day do you practise and where are you located? x

      Detoxing is excellent I'm trying the lemon and cucumberdrink its not very pleasant to drink buts it brilliant for detox I'm located in cheshire I usually do my yoga in morning and after noon smile xx

      i like lemon in the morning adding cucumber is a great idea ...!

      am just getting into smoothies for breakfast...bought the ingredients...will let you know more xx how are you today? xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

      Hi huni yes do try I do my yoga in morning and afternoon it's brilliant in morning as  it sets me up for the day and makes me feel great smile xx
