You can't have Xmas without trifle

dear fellow coeliac sufferers. is it too easy to mention this? i have spoken to coeliac uk, now i am speaking to you. i can't either non-gluten sponge fingers or how to make them as i am new to xmas without. does anyone please have a recipe or know where i can get one from? please? thanks.

      apparently it has wheat. Maybe they use flour so you can tap and unwrap.

      i saw gluten free madelines in Sainsburys today, could they be used in trifle?
