You know the feeling you get in your head when you blow-up a balloon?

I’ve had this intermittent feeling for about a month where my brain feels like I feel I’ve exhaled all of my air and it is deprived of oxygen...but I don’t feel short of breath. It’s like only in my brain.

Yesterday, I had a little bout of it and felt sort of like I was approaching passing out, but I was sitting having lunch. It basically didn’t make any sense.

Anyone ever had this?

Note: I’ve had epstein barr for the last year, so this just could the “short circuit” of the month, but it’s still tough to just ignore physical symptoms.
