This is meant to be lighthearted and allow us to laugh with each other not at each other's antics!

You know you have fibro fog when

You find the milk in the oven instead of the fridge

You spend ages looking for the keys and they are in your hand

You forgot what you have just said and come out with a totally inappropriate sentence which makes no sense to the discussion.

You put sugar on your dinner instead of salt

You know you have fibro when....

You see the medics more than your friends

Your wheelie bin goes out more often than you do

You possess more nightwear than daywear

I could go on but will leave it open for everyone else to add their favourites

    Yesterday with only 2 hours sleep behind me I didn't realise for a good half hour that my skirt had been stuck in my pants outside alch!!!! 😮
