I took 300mg per day for a month and found it was not really much help. I had it in 2 x 150mg doses in a day. I found taking the whole 300mg at night meant I got awful heartburn around 4pm every day. I don't have serious reflux so I have found 10mg omeprazole each day does the trick.

Hello I only add them in occasionally to my current PPI medication, but the do seem to help on a bad day I know someone that's took them in the past and they said after about a week symptoms seem to get better but I suppose it depends how had your symptoms are in the first place and what amount of healing there is

I did take it, it sort of works that day, but it’s not as effective as Lansoprazole, although both of these stopped working eventually for me.

I do. 1 tabet not good enough
. I take it 2 times a day now 30 ,-45 ,mind before meals. It works much better that eay. Very important to take it with just a sip of water and nothing else and wait the required time. I find that if i don't i have flare ups. Also do not drink alot of water before bed it causes acid and it will make you miserable. Also ginger ale helps settle the stomach
Good luck.
