Did Zoloft make anyone else anxiety even worse? I've been on it for two weeks and I'm not sure if I should continue taking it

Zoloft (Sertraline) can make anxiety much worse during the first 2/4 weeks, it's one of the side effects. Try to hang on because once the side effects subside and the meds kick in you'll feel so much better 😃

Made me depressed and feel very odd like nothing was real. I threw it out the first week. There are ssris and snri depends on the imbalance which one works.

The Zoloft did make my anxiety worse at first. It took almost 2 months for it to kick in and for me to feel calm. It is nice when it works. The time frame may differ for everyone.

Yes.  Side effects occur before positive effects, the side effects did make me more anxious.  Later, I noticed zoloft did stop my occasional panic attacks.
