Zoloft 50 to 75ml

Ive been on 50 ml of zoloft for a yr now after being on 10 ml of lexapro for 10 yrs. I switched because the Lexapro just quit working. My dr suggested trying zoloft I agreed. I have to admit I felt better but was having racing worrisome and negative thoughts daily. Im on wk two of 75 and I think it may have helped. I hate taking meds so when the dr suggested I go to 100 ml I was hestitant. Anyone else experience this? I have anxiety panic attacks and PTSD from being raped at knife point when I was 20.

    i was on lexapro for 5 years until it stopped working. I switched over to sertraline in september starting at 25mg and upping since then. i jusy started 100mg today. ive dealt with a lot of side effects but im hoping this dose might finally really help. i have ocd, ptsd, gad, panic disorder, and social anxiety. jusy a whole mess of anxiety and ocd 
