My personal advice is is stay where you are for 4 weeks . Your brain must get used to the level . Every time you increase or decrease you will have anxiety. I started at 25 in December and slowly worked my way up to 150 . Today makes week 4 on 150 and I am starting to feel better. Drink plenty of water . It helps ! I also take magnesium! It is a natural calming effect . Hang in there ! You are not alone!! Keep us updated !!! I also discovered any kind of exercise helps . Get your heart rate up and it helps get rid of the negative energy.

I just recently learned that when increasing, you should stay at each dose for 6 weeks to allow the body to adjust.
In my situation I started at 25 x 12 days then increased to 50 x 5 weeks then 75 x 12 days, then 100mg x 4 weeks.
Since I’ve been feeling worse and not better I’m wondering since the 50mg wasn’t giving me enough improvement, maybe I should have stayed longer at 75.
So the last 3 days I have reduced to 75 and I’ll stay for 6 weeks and see what happens.
This drug needs to be adjusted very slowly either way and one drug is never the same for each person. It needs a trial of at least 3 to 4 months duration before ruling it out as “not the right drug”..... just my thinking after much reading.
It’s such a struggle- I wish you well xx
