    Hey Darren

My only advice to you is unfortunately it gets worse before it gets better. I had bad side effects for 3 weeks before it levelled me out but it really has helped. Patience is key!

      Thanks Suzie,

Im on day 9 and Im coping not too bad. Intrusive thoughts the only real issue at the minute. Have you experienced anything similar?

It's a pain but I'll stick it out!!

      Thanks

Can I ask what dosage you are on Darren?

I started on 25mg and after 2 weeks increased to 50mg.

Once I'd got past the side effects of the 50 it really started to help.

I did have intrusive thoughts and they were horrendous. After about 4 weeks they improved and I'm now at 12 weeks and they still pop up but very rarely. Maybe I'll increase again but for now my depression and anxiety is 100% better than it was

Second time around for me. I've done it all before and come off it successfully and been "normal". unfortunately due to circumstances at present I've had to go back on them to re-level me as such 😬
