Zoloft

Hi I just started Zoloft 10 days ago and having terrible side effects its like a mini seizer and zapping to my brain tingling on my forehead and also numbness in my feet and hands until rub it off. i started this for panic attacks but I feel like its giving me more anxiety right now. Should I wait it out or continue taking it? I really need something to help these panic attacks and was hoping zoloft would work but these side effects are painful
