Zoloft and alcohol

It's my second time on Zoloft. Week 8 at 50mg -age 36

I used to drink maximum a glass of wine or one beer with no issues whilst on Zoloft.

Unfortunately last night I went to a bottomless dinner and went over *4 my alcohol consumption.

I haven't slept at all due to the fact of my heart raising. Has anyone had anything similar or can advise when will my body and brain calm down? I never had bad side effects apart from the first two weeks

Needless to say that never again more than a glass whilst on medication!!!!

    oh yes i had that same thing happen to me when i first went on these meds i think it was week 6 at the time!!

    DONT STRESS it will pass it took a couple of days to feel better...
