Zoloft and Lexapro

My doctor prescribed me Zoloft today but I already have some lexapro at home. What does everybody prefer for anxiety, and why???

    Hi did you tell your doctor you were on lexapro and if so did you ask why he has changed them for you

      I told him I tried lexapro for one day and that it gave me a really bad panic attack 7 hours later. And during the last 8 months I've lost well over 20 pounds. He said the Zoloft was similar, but would help me gain weight. I've just never really knew anybody that has taken Zoloft nor have I heard that much about it

      Just remember all medication have different side effects the only thing I ever took was xanax it really helped me in the beginning but after 3weeks i got so used to it I needed more I got of xanax after 20 plus years and it was horrible now all my panic attacks our back but I will ride it true

    Hi .I personally cant take A/Ds...they leave me super anxious...I am using Hypnosis now. just into my second week. so time will tell...I take xanax as needed. do my breathing..and some EFT..if you go into youtube ,there are loads of calming material on there...I find them very helpful ..

      ...xanax is great for panic.I tried, Zoloft. but they give me severe headache...so had to stop...but my sister is taking them with no problems..it really depends on the person...xx
