Zoloft gi side effects

hey everyone. 33 year old male ive been on sertraline for 13 weeks first time ever on anxiety meds. i had the initial diarrhea which went awaY after a few days. the medication has def helped my anxiety and maybe i just didnt notice but i feel like ever since i started my bowel movements have been super inconsistent. ive had loose stools but not diarrhea. also as the day goes on its like the stool isnt easy to pass? its like constipation mixed with soft stools? almost like it causes ibs like symptoms. i get mild cramping as well which usually goes away in the evening. the issues arent super bothersome but with my health anxiety makes me feel like something else would be wrong like colon cancer or something. i have no blood in my stools and otherwise i feel fine.

anyone else with similar issues 13 or more weeks in?
