Zoloft question

Hello all! I have a huge question on zoloft because i'm just so confused... so i started zoloft last year 50mg and took it for about 8 months then i stoped and realized my life sucks without it.. So now i'm back on it my doctor put me on 12.5 mg for the past 2 months did not work. Now she upped my medicine to 25mg .. Today is my 5th day taking it and i'm feeling so anxious I can not even leave my house. Is this because of the medication or is it all in my head? She told me to give it 6weeks to work.. Im not sure what to do.. because zoloft worked for me in the past? Thank you!

Hiya , just give it a little time. Your anxiety and everything feels worse cause of side effects. With ADs it always gets worse before it gets better. Few years ago I was taking Prozac and had no side effects, this time I have every possible one. Just be kind to yourself and patient. It will start working dont worry xxx😘

You can get serotonine syndrome when you mix ADs with other drugs like Tramadol for example. Taking zoloft alone wont get you it. Its just horrible side effects , I know but Its going to get better smile just hang in there 😗

You will be fine then, nothing bad is going to happen to you, just give zoloft time to adjust again. Its early days , im sure its going to get better soon 😚

Hi Jessica, like the others have said give it time, you may need to go to your 50mg to get full benefit.
