Zopiclone 3.5 mg

Posted , 4 users are following.

I had actually been using for around 3 to 4 years, sometimes one or half a tablet and when I joined a new Doctors surgery, they believed it was an addictive medicine and stopped the medication.

Upon this, I decided to buy herbal sleep teas and used 2 bags per cup a night. I had no withdrawal feelings what so ever and my sleep pattern is much better.

I do still wake several times in the night but it is not effecting my day to day living.

Do not look at the TV in bed, play games or be on the computor, just make sleep time a chill out time.

Oh, and I dont have this metallic taste that I used to wake with.

Good night

What tosh, your Dr is wrong, I have been on just over a year and many on here longer, you were just lucky, very lucky, but its not the thing too tell people who are still on it and trying hard to come off it

I'm suprised that the Doctor stopped the medication so suddenly especially as you had been on it 3 to 4 years although I guess half a 3.5mg tablet wouldn't really work anyway. Did the new Doc ask why you had been taking it in the first place?

I was taking 7.5 for around a year, after a chat with my GP i went too 3.75, she is happy so far , however the past 4 weeks or so I have taking half a 3.5  , so 1.87, and it works fine,  i get off too sleep and while I do wake up 2 or 3 times in the night , I am sleeping better and no metal taste or feeling odd in the morning

Thats why i wanted to come off them, i was getting them on line and thinking just 1 x 7.5 wasnt good, I am feeling so much better now, better sleep, less panic, lost weight, more energy, soon I hope to go down less

I wish a couple of herbal teabags worked for me.  You are very lucky if that's your solution.

      Hiya,

My previous doctor had passed away and I had no choice but to join a new surgery - they made it realy difficult for me to get the medicine. It was quite horrible really.

I tried one that you can buy through the chemist without a prescription ( i cant remember the name, but it made me shake and very drousy in the morning,,,so I just tried various herbal sleep teas.

Just to add I had been suffering since my early teens and I am now 40 and coping for now.

I suggest you find a doctor who can help.. If you can prove through your doctor records that you have been on it for a long time they will give you it, but you will need to get a programme together to come off them with the doctor.. I've been on them 8 years and I've had them on repeat and doctors I know are fine, but if I see someone that doesn't know my history I've got no chance.. Also don't order it online! If you really need to, you can go to Ibiza, where it's over the counter without prescription.. I know someone who goes to somewhere in europe every three months to buy zopiclone over the counter, it's also OTC in South Africa I think, but don't buy it online, you'll probably get fakes..

So thank you for your advice as I nearly did just that 1 mth ago. A friend mentioned about fakes and stopped me.

Look at though, I never knew u could buy in Ibiza over the counter.

They make it so diffiicult over her in the UK. Well for me - a

London practice. And if you see a locum doctor...forget it!

      Many thanks for your advice

There are legit web sites in the UK, thats what I did, I was buying 100 at a time and all I might with the webs online doctor prescription to make it legal.

its Ilegal in the uk to have these on yoyr person without a prescription.

If you go to your doctor as I did they will give them to you an long as they can you are trying to get off them, they will ehlp you, if you change your doctor then the new doctor will have your records so unless there is a reason your new DR will continue to help.

the risk of taking these pills and the side affects must surlly want you to give them up
