Zopiclone sleepers

hi.

ive been taking 7.5mg of the sleeping pill zopiclone nightly for 7 months and want to stop these. Any advice would be appreciated.

    You can do it by micro dosing. Weigh them with a gram scale. Then cut off a very tiny amount gradually decreasing the dose. Some people use this method with benzos such as valium or Xanax with water, but that was very confusing for me when I tried to get off of xanax. Just stopping or cutting them in half will NOT work.

    ive been trying to get off these for 2 years. im down to 1/8 of a 7.5mg and using 2mg valium to help withdrawals. it has been very difficult. havent slept 2 days and most nights if i do sleep get 2-4 hrs tops. i have joined benzo buddies for support u should join too. u will see there any many people suffering from these drugs .
