zopiclone withdrawal help

ive been eating zopiclone for 12 years now 7.5mg 2 a day and for year now I've been starting to have tremednous amount of nerve pain in back, head and legs alongside anxiety. its to the point where its unbearable to sit. I am certain it is due to zopiclone as all tests have comeback fine. what are the best methods of getting off this medication, I've tried mutliple times to get off zopiclone but without it i can't sleep. please tell me the best method to approach getting off this medication
