Hi, so I have been on Zopiclone for 5 months now and thought it was now time to come off of them and try get my natural sleep back from anxiety. The doctor has advised me to now take 1 every other day for the first week. Then the second week take every 3 days. First night now and I'm feeling bloody awful, can anyone advise whether this is an appropriate and safe method for coming off Zopiclone?
