Its s very hard thing you are doing but it cam be done.

The main thing is to keep focused.

When your brain gets to tablet time do some thing to divert your mind.

Go to bed later and get.up earlier.

Keep to the same time to get up and going to bed.

If you have to for the odd nights take herbal sleep aids.

Drink plenty to flush the system, water, fruit juice, decaf tea and coffee

You have taken the hardest step, you can do it.

I am coming of opiates and finding it hard so lets do it together

Hi Shak. First of all well done on stopping zopiclone. The first 2 weeks are so hard. I take mirtazapine last thing at night and occasionally propanolol for the panic attcks which are ferocious. Your doctor should happily prescribe these for depression and panic attacks. I did not mention the addiction to zopiclone as the doctor can take away your driving licence if you are buying these from the internet. Three weeks down the line I think I am winning so keep going and you will get through it all even though it is a nightmare now.

You could ask your gp for mirtazapine, which is an antidepressant. Are you going cold turkey.  Not everyone is able to do that without some help.

Another suggestion is google Headspace. It's a free meditation app. Very simple, but very effective.  Please try it.
