Clinical efficacy and safety of sequential therapy with cryotherapy and topical tirbanibulin 1% in actinic keratoses in transplant recipients: a randomised clinical trial.

A DOUBLE-BLIND, RANDOMISED, PLACEBO-CONTROLLED PHASE I TRIAL TO INVESTIGATE SAFETY, TOLERABILITY AND PHARMACOKINETICS OF SINGLE ASCENDING TOPICAL DOSES OF GZ21T IN HEALTHY VOLUNTEERS
This early-stage study is testing a new skin treatment, GZ21T, for sun-damaged skin (actinic keratosis). We want to find out if it's safe, how much of it gets into the body, and if people can tolerate different doses. Healthy volunteers are needed for this research.
