A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Multicenter Study of Itolizumab in Combination with Corticosteroids for the Initial Treatment of Acute Graft Versus Host Disease
This study is testing a new medicine, itolizumab, for people who have complications after a stem cell transplant, called acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD). It compares itolizumab with a dummy medicine (placebo) to see if it helps more people get better.

Lactobacillus Plantarum in Preventing Acute Graft Versus Host Disease in Children Undergoing Donor Stem Cell Transplant
This study looks at whether a good bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum) can help prevent a serious problem called graft versus host disease in children and young adults having a stem cell transplant. Patients will either get the good bacteria or a dummy treatment.
