Revumenib in Combination With Azacitidine + Venetoclax in Patients NPM1-mutated or KMT2A-rearranged AML
This study looks at a new drug, revumenib, combined with standard treatment for a type of blood cancer called AML. It's for patients whose AML has specific genetic changes (NPM1 or KMT2A) and who can't have strong chemotherapy.

First-in-human Study Aiming to Characterize the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic and Preliminary Signs of Activity of ABD-3001 in Refractory or Relapsed AML and High Risk MDS Adult Patients
This study is testing a new medicine, ABD-3001, for adults with certain types of leukaemia (AML) or bone marrow conditions (MDS) that haven't responded to other treatments. It will check if the medicine is safe, how much can be given, and if it shows early signs of helping.
