This study looks at how well people with severe liver disease (ACLF) do after a liver transplant compared to those with less severe liver disease. It also checks why some people with ACLF don't get a transplant and how they fare.

A-TANGO Phase 2 Study
This study is testing new medicines (TAK-242 and G-CSF) for people with severe liver problems caused by alcohol, called Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure (ACLF). It wants to see if this new combination is safer and works better than current treatments.
