Drug-coated balloon (Sequent Please Neo) vs drug-eluting stent treatment for acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction: a randomised trial
This study compares two ways to treat a heart attack: a special balloon (drug-coated balloon) or a small tube (drug-eluting stent). Both aim to keep the heart artery open. We want to see if the balloon treatment is just as good, or even better, over several years.
