An open-label, cross-over, multi-site, prospective, phase IIb study of effects on circadian rhythms and quality of life of modifieddual-release hydrocortisone Efmody™ versus immediate-release hydrocortisone in patients with Addison’s Disease
This study looks at how a new type of hydrocortisone, called Efmody™, compares to standard hydrocortisone for people with Addison's disease. Researchers want to see if Efmody™ improves daily life and body clocks better than current treatments. It's an important step to find the best ways to help people feel well.
