Comparison of HT Concomitant With RT vs RT Alone in Patients With a Detectable PSA After Prostatectomy

This study compares two treatments for prostate cancer after surgery: hormone therapy plus radiotherapy, or radiotherapy alone. It aims to see which is better at preventing the cancer from returning for men whose PSA levels are rising after an operation.
