STICK2IT - Understanding Why People Do or Do Not Stick With Exercise Treatment for Achilles Tendinopathy
This study aims to understand why some people with Achilles tendinopathy find it hard to stick with exercise treatment. By interviewing people about their experiences, we hope to find ways to make treatment better and more supportive for everyone, especially those who struggle.

This study looks at how a Mediterranean diet affects toddlers' tummy health, body shape, and swelling (inflammation). It also checks if a special eating plan for parents helps teach healthy eating habits for their children aged 2-3.
