Dose Efficacy in Adhesive Capsulitis

This study looks at two different doses of a steroid injection (40mg vs 80mg methylprednisolone) for frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). It aims to see which dose best reduces pain, improves movement, and causes fewer side effects, when given with a special fluid injection.
