(Peak) A Phase 3 Randomized Trial of CGT9486+Sunitinib vs. Sunitinib in Subjects With Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

This study looks into new ways to treat advanced stomach and gut cancers called GIST. It compares a new drug called CGT9486 (bezuclastinib) combined with an existing drug, sunitinib, against sunitinib alone, to see which works better for patients who haven't responded well to other treatments.
