A Phase 2, Open Label, Multicenter, Randomized Study, to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Denikitug Monotherapy and Denikitug-based Combinations in Participants With Advanced Microsatellite Stable (MSS) Colorectal Cancer (CRC).

This study is looking at a new treatment, Denikitug, by itself and with other medicines, for advanced bowel cancer that has spread. It wants to see how well these treatments work and if they are safe for people aged 18 and over.
