A Phase 3, Randomized, Open-Label Study of Nivolumab Combined with Ipilimumab Versus Sunitinib Monotherapy in Subjects with Previously Untreated, Advanced or Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma
This study is looking at new ways to treat advanced kidney cancer that hasn't been treated before. It compares a combination of two new medicines (Nivolumab and Ipilimumab) with a standard medicine (Sunitinib) to see which works better at helping people live longer and stopping the cancer from growing.

This study is looking at a new medicine called PF-08634404 for advanced kidney cancer. Researchers want to see if it's safe and helps shrink tumours, both on its own and when given with other common cancer drugs like ipilimumab and axitinib. It's for adults with kidney cancer that has spread.
