A Study Investigating Subcutaneously Administered Pozelimab in Combination With Cemdisiran or Cemdisiran Alone in Adult Participants With Geographic Atrophy
This study is looking into new treatments, pozelimab and cemdisiran, for Geographic Atrophy (GA), an advanced form of Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD). It compares these new drugs, alone or together, against a placebo to see if they can slow down vision loss.

Enhanced Vision and Imaging Tests for Enabling Treatment Trials in Early and Intermediate AMD
