Validation of a System Using Aerosol Glycerine to Detect and Localize Intraoperatively Pulmonary Air Leaks
This study is testing a new way to find air leaks in the lung during surgery. It uses a special glycerine 'smoke' that helps surgeons see where the air is escaping. This could help patients recover faster after lung surgery.

Prospective Study Evaluating the Effectiveness of Intraoperative Ventilation for Predicting Postoperative Air Leaks During Major Lung Resections by Conventional or Robotic Thoracoscopy
This study looks at how we can better predict air leaks after lung surgery. Air leaks can cause longer hospital stays and pain. We want to find a way to spot these leaks during surgery so patients can recover faster and with less discomfort.
