PROlonged Corticosteroid Treatment or N-ACetylcysteine for Severe Alcoholic Hepatitis
This study looks at new ways to treat severe alcoholic hepatitis. We are testing if a longer course of a common steroid (prednisolone) or adding another medicine called N-acetylcysteine can improve outcomes and reduce liver damage.

A-TANGO Phase 2 Study
This study is testing new medicines (TAK-242 and G-CSF) for people with severe liver problems caused by alcohol, called Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure (ACLF). It wants to see if this new combination is safer and works better than current treatments.
