Magnet Study - A Multi-arm, Adaptive, Group-sequential trial NETwork to evaluate drug efficacy in patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
The Magnet Study is looking into a drug called Lithium for people with ALS (also known as Motor Neurone Disease). It aims to see if Lithium can help people live longer or stop their breathing from getting worse. They will compare it to a dummy pill.

A Study of LY4256984 in Participants With Sporadic Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
This study looks at a new medicine called LY4256984 for people with ALS, also known as Motor Neurone Disease. We want to see if it's safe, what side effects it might cause, and how the body handles it. It's given as an injection into the spine.
