Study of Re-Treatment With ALXN2220 in Patients With ATTR-CM

This study is looking at re-treating people with a heart condition called ATTR-CM who previously took part in a trial for the medicine ALXN2220. We want to see how safe the medicine is and how it affects the body when given again.
