The ACL Repair vs Reconstruction Study (ACL STARR)
The ACL STARR study compares two surgical ways to treat a torn knee ligament: stitching the original ligament back onto the bone (repair) versus replacing it with tissue from elsewhere in the body (reconstruction). The goal is to see which operation gives patients better knee function and recovery over two years.

ALL Reconstruction Versus Modified Lemaire's LET in Combination With ACL Reconstruction With a Minimum Follow up of 2 Years
This study looks at two ways to fix knee instability after an ACL injury. Both methods involve surgery to reconstruct the ACL and add support to the side of the knee. Researchers want to see if one procedure works better than the other in the long run for people aged 18-50.
