Phase 1 study with topical cream RLS-1496 in patients with plaque psoriasis or Eczema

This study is looking at a new cream, RLS-1496, for people who have psoriasis or eczema. It's the very first time this cream is being tested in humans to see if it's safe and how it works. We want to understand if it could help these skin conditions.
